INGREDIENTS
- 1 Gilt-head sea bream scaled and gutted
- ½ a sliced Tomato
- 1 chopped Garlic clove
- ½ Green Pepper cut into slices (optionally)
- ½ dry Onion cut into slices
- ½ tsp Greek Dried Rosemary
- ½ tsp fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Freshly ground Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
METHOD
- Wash the fish well, put it in a baking pan on a parchment kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and pepper externally and internally
- Staffed the fish with tomato, garlic, pepper, onion, rosemary and parsley
- Add on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Bake in the oven grill for 10-15 minutes in 200ο C
- We enjoy it while it is hot with a nice salad
