Hot Herbal Tea

  1. Place 1–2 grams of dried herb into a container with a lid.*

  2. Add 200ml (one cup) of hot water at around 90°C.*

  3. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, giving the herb time to release its hidden strength! The longer you let it steep, the stronger the infusion will be.

  4. Remove the herb from the container.

Your tea is ready to enjoy! If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a bit of honey.

*The water should be just below boiling to prevent the essential oils from evaporating. Using a covered container helps trap the aroma and beneficial properties in your cup.

Iced Herbal Tea

Follow the same steps as for the hot tea, with one key difference: double the amount of herb. Once the tea is ready, pour it into a glass full of ice and enjoy it plain or with a touch of honey!

Nettle is a plant rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, often used to prepare a healthy and flavorful herbal tea. It’s yet another powerful herb we proudly offer from the Greek land.

Available in various packaging options, all carefully selected to preserve its natural properties. Its scientific name, Urtica dioica, refers to the irritation caused when touching its leaves (uro meaning “burning”), a nod to its sting—but also to its strength.
