Cistus is a powerful antioxidant and soothing herb, known since antiquity for its healing properties.

Mint is one of the most widely recognized herbs in the world. It’s cultivated almost everywhere and used to flavor nearly anything. It is mentioned as a stomach soother in the Ebers Papyrus, the oldest known medical text from ancient Egypt.

Hot Herbal Tea Preparation

Place 1g of dried herb (about one tablespoon) into a container with a lid.*
Add 200ml (one cup) of hot water at *90°C (194°F).
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the herb to release its hidden strength!

The steeping time depends on how strong you want your infusion—the longer it steeps, the richer the flavor.
Remove the herb from the pot.

Your tea is now ready to enjoy!

If you prefer a sweeter taste, feel free to add a little honey.

Use water just before it reaches boiling to avoid losing the herb’s essential oils to steam. The container should remain closed during steeping to lock in the properties and aromas into your warm cup.

Cold Herbal Tea Preparation

Follow the same steps as the hot preparation, with one key difference:
Double the amount of herb.

At the end, pour your tea over a glass full of ice and enjoy it plain—or with a touch of honey!
