Hot Herbal Tea

  1. Place 1g of dried herb (about one tablespoon) in a covered container.

  2. Add 200ml (one cup) of hot water at 90°C (just below boiling).

  3. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the herb to release its hidden strength.
The longer you steep, the stronger the infusion.

  4. Remove the herb from the container.

Your tea is ready to enjoy!
If you prefer a sweeter taste, feel free to add a bit of honey.

Tip: Use water just before boiling to avoid losing the herb’s essential oils to steam. Also, cover your container to trap both aroma and beneficial properties in your warm cup.

Iced Herbal Tea

Follow the same steps as above, but double the amount of herb.
Once steeped, pour your tea over a glass filled with ice.
Enjoy it plain or with a touch of honey!

One of the oldest and most widely used herbs, chamomile has been valued for thousands of years as a natural remedy for a variety of health concerns. In ancient times, chamomile tea was prepared using the plant’s flowers—just as we do today.

We offer you whole chamomile flowers, grown exclusively in Greece, with a rich aroma and vibrant color that you’ll notice the moment you open the package!

Available in various packaging options, all designed to preserve the herb’s properties intact.
Fragrant and floral, with gentle notes of apple and honey.

Its name comes from the Greek words “chamai” (on the ground) and “milo” (apple), meaning “ground apple.”
Chamomile is one of the most well-known herbs in the world, not only as a comforting tea but also as a key ingredient in countless pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulations globally.
