Hot Herbal Tea
Place 1–2 grams of dried herb into a container with a lid.*
Add 200ml (one cup) of hot water at around 90°C.*
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, giving the herb time to release its hidden strength! The longer you let it steep, the stronger the infusion will be.
Remove the herb from the container.
Your tea is ready to enjoy! If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a bit of honey.
*The water should be just below boiling to prevent the essential oils from evaporating. Using a covered container helps trap the aroma and beneficial properties in your cup.
Iced Herbal Tea
Follow the same steps as for the hot tea, with one key difference: double the amount of herb. Once the tea is ready, pour it into a glass full of ice and enjoy it plain or with a touch of honey!
Lemon balm gets its name from the Greek word “melissa” (meaning “bee”) because its nectar-rich flowers are especially attractive to bees. In ancient Greece, it was considered a sacred herb, dedicated to the goddess Artemis, and was believed to be an elixir of youth.
Its vibrant green, heart-shaped leaves release a distinctive aroma—a mix of lemon and mint. Our Greek-grown lemon balm is available in two carefully selected packaging options, designed to preserve its fragrance and beneficial properties intact.
