Hot Herbal Tea

  1. Place 1–2 grams of dried herb into a container with a lid.*

  2. Add 200ml (one cup) of hot water at around 90°C.*

  3. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, giving the herb time to release its hidden strength! The longer you let it steep, the stronger the infusion will be.

  4. Remove the herb from the container.

Your tea is ready to enjoy! If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a bit of honey.

*The water should be just below boiling to prevent the essential oils from evaporating. Using a covered container helps trap the aroma and beneficial properties in your cup.

Iced Herbal Tea

Follow the same steps as for the hot tea, with one key difference: double the amount of herb. Once the tea is ready, pour it into a glass full of ice and enjoy it plain or with a touch of honey!

A majestic and ornamental tree, linden offers leaves and blossoms that create a light, refreshing infusion. Try our Greek-grown linden and enjoy its unique benefits!

According to Greek tradition, the name “flamouria” or “philyra” is derived from the words “filos” (friend) and “yron” (swarm), meaning “the one that attracts bees.” This deciduous tree is found in many parts of Greece and holds a long-standing place in local heritage. For centuries, it has been valued as an aromatic, medicinal, bee-friendly, and decorative plant.
