ORDER SHIPPING

We endeavor to process your order within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation and deliver it as soon as possible to the indicated delivery address.

Orders are carefully prepared and properly packed with appropriate inner and outer packaging materials in order to secure quality upon shipment and ensure the delivery of the products in perfect condition.

Within Greece:

ELTA COURIER: €4.5 transport charge (and €2.5 cash for pay on delivery if this payment method is chosen). For purchases over 25 euros, the cost of transport within Greece is free.

Abroad:

FEDEX: Charge based on destination country and order size and starts at 18 euros. With a purchase over 120 euros, the cost of transport is free.

Free shipping does not apply if a discount coupon is used on the order.

Shipment is made by Post, or Courier to the delivery point designated by the customer. Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order and sign the delivery receipt. In case there is an incorrect address, the customer is liable for the return shipment to our premises.

Deliveries to Post Office Box numbers are not accepted. The shipping cost for your order is calculated automatically in the shopping cart upon.
