Ingredients for Tzatziki :

- 1 big cucumber
- 300g of Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbls vinegar
- 2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of Madara by tofillo Tzatziki mix
Method for Tzatziki:
- Wash one big cucumber and grate it.
- Use your hands and lightly squeeze it between your palms over the sink or a bowl to remove excess moisture.
- Add Greek yoghurt, vinegar, olive oil and Tzatziki mix from Madara by tofillo.Move the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish witch black olives if you wish.Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
