• A pork leg for roasting in the oven
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• MADARA mixture for pork-beef

Recipe execution:

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of MADARA mixture, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
